Dust mites are found on beds, pillows, bedding, decorative fabrics and carpets, and that is a severe allergic substance that causes the attack of human acute asthma, especially harmful to children and elderly. This product contains special anti-insect compounds which have the dual effect of killing and repelling mites. As NIPD shows, the processed textile’s knockdown rate is 96.15% and driving out rate is 98% within 30 minutes, repellant rate is 98.63% within 24 hours, driving out rate is 99% within 48 hours.
-It performs well in preventing the proliferation of bacteria and fungi, through cutting off the food chain of mites. The antibacterial rate of staphylococcus aureus is >99%;
-The coupling agent can be used together, that will make the product more washable and firmly bonded to the surface of the fiber;
-No irritation to skin by LD50≥13000/KG (white mouse) test method.
It is used for anti-mite processing of cotton, blended, chemical fiber, non-woven fabric, woolen textiles, etc.
Dilute the agent by dosage 2-3% with water, then process the textile by spraying, padding, dipping methods. The drying temperature is 110-130 °C.
Notes:
1. Keep sealed and store in a cool place, make the label clear to avoid misusing;
2. Keep far from the fire, at the place where children can't reach;
3. Ventilate well and prohibit the fire strictly;
4. Wear PPE, such as protective clothing, protective gloves and goggles;
5. Prohibit contacting with the mouth, eyes and skin, in case of any contact, flush with large amount of water immediately, call a doctor if necessary.
