With nano copper as active ingredient, CUS-F-1 is the finishing agent that has the function of long-acting antibacterial & deodorant, with the advantage of washable and non-yellowing. The nano copper has porous structure with mushroom cloud shape, therefore excellent performance of odor adsorption, as well as powerful antibacterial ability is obtained.

Process the textile by spraying, padding, dipping methods.
-Spraying method: spray the working solution on the fabric surface directly, then
dry the fabric.
Process: spraying → drying（100-120℃）
-Padding method: apply to the tumbling-type fabric.
Process: padding → rolling → drying（100-120℃） → curing（150-160℃）
-Dipping method: apply to knitwear (towel, bath towel, sock, mask, sheet, bedding bag, napkin), garments (
cotton sweater, shirt, sweatshirt, underwear, lining), etc.
Process: dipping → dehydrating (recycling the flicked liquid, adding it to the dip tank) → drying (100-120℃)
-20 washing times: dilute at the rate of 2% by water.
-30 washing times: dilute at the rate of 3% by water.
-50 washing times: dilute at the rate of 5% by water.
Notes:
1. Keep sealed and store in a cool place, make the label clear to avoid misusing;
2. Keep far from the fire, at the place where children can't reach;
3. Ventilate well and prohibit the fire strictly;
4. Wear PPE, such as protective clothing, protective gloves and goggles;
5. Prohibit contacting with the mouth, eyes and skin, in case of any contact, flush with large amount of water immediately, call a doctor if necessary.
