Due to the friction between the fabric, the electrostatic charges generate and gather, that will make people feel uncomfortable, on the other hand, the requirement of antistatic on fabric is necessary in the field of electronic device. This product is designed to prevent fabric from generating and gathering of electrostatic charges by the way of textile finishing.
-It has excellent antistatic effect through reducing the friction coefficient of fiber;
-It can withstand high temperature and will not contaminate the cylinder wall;
-It has acid and alkali resistance (pH 3-13).
It is used for the antistatic processing of rayon, polyester, T/C, nylon, acrylic, cotton, etc.
Dilute the agent by dosage 1-3% with water, then process the textile by spraying, padding, dipping methods.
Notes:
1. Keep sealed and store in a cool place, make the label clear to avoid misusing;
2. Keep far from the fire, at the place where children can't reach;
3. Ventilate well and prohibit the fire strictly;
4. Wear PPE, such as protective clothing, protective gloves and goggles;
5. Prohibit contacting with the mouth, eyes and skin, in case of any contact, flush with large amount of water immediately, call a doctor if necessary.
