However, the short wave blue light emitted by the display screen has a high energy, which can penetrate the lenses and reach the retina directly, leading to the decline of the pigment epithelial cells, making the light sensitive cells lack nutrients and causing irreversible damage to vision. The anti-blue-light coating produced by Huzheng not only has good transparency, but also has high blocking rate of blue light, which effectively protects eyesight. It is used on PET substrate, such as mobile phone, computer, instrument, lens, LED lampshade, desk lamp lampshade, and other fields with requirements of blue light prevention, effectively blocking short wave blue light, protecting vision, avoiding damage to retina.
According to the shape, size and surface state of the base material, appropriate processes, such as shower coating, wiping coating or spraying is selected for coating. Small area test coating is suggested before application. Takes shower coating for example to describe the application steps briefly as follows:
1st step: Coating. Select appropriate process for coating;
2nd step: Static. After coating, stand at room temperature for 3 minutes to make fully leveling;
3rd step: Curing. Heat at 80-100℃ in the oven for 20-30 minutes to cure the coating.
Notes:
1. Keep sealed and store in a cool place, make the label clear to avoid misusing.
2. Keep far from the fire, at the place where children can't reach;
3. Ventilate well and prohibit the fire strictly;
4. Wear PPE, such as protective clothing, protective gloves and goggles;
5. Prohibit contacting with the mouth, eyes and skin, in case of any contact, flush with large amount of water immediately, call a physician if necessary.
