This product is anti-ultraviolet (UV) nano dispersion liquid, that can shield UV rays efficiently through absorbing 200-380 nm light, which can effectively improve the anti-aging ability of the product, enhance the weather resistance and prolong the service life of the product. It can be matched with various material systems to improve the anti-aging property of materials.
-Good compatibility, easy to disperse in most resin or glue systems;
-Good UV blocking effect, UV blocking up to 99%;
- Strong weather resistance, good stability, lasting and effective functions.
It is used for the development of anti-UV and anti-aging coatings, as the UV composite layer in thermal insulation solar film, or other fields with the requirement of anti-UV and anti-aging, such as advertising printing ink, exterior wall, roof coating and so on.
Additive amount 0.5- 1%, fully stir and mix evenly, and then produce with the original process.
Notes:
1. Keep sealed and store in a cool place, make the label clear to avoid misusing.
2. Keep far from the fire, at the place where children can't reach;
3. Ventilate well and prohibit the fire strictly;
4. Wear PPE, such as protective clothing, protective gloves and goggles;
5. Prohibit contacting with the mouth, eyes and skin, in case of any contact, flush with large amount of water immediately, call a doctor if necessary.
