With physical grinding and surface treatment technology, the product is obtained through dispersing ATO powder into the solvent uniformly. The dispersion system is reliable, stable and uniform, with good dispersion and compatibility. We can produce oil-based ATO solutions with various concentrations which its solid content is not more than 30%.
-Good transparency, because nano ATO particle has very low absorption of visible light (380nm-780nm);
-Good heat insulation property, good absorption and reflection of IR in the infrared region;
-Good dispersibility, good compatibility and stable performance.
-Used for transparent heat insulation glass coatings;
-Used for other areas where anti-infrared, anti-UV or anti-static is required.
Proposed dosage is 20-70%, which depends on application purpose.
Notes:
1.Keep sealed and store in a cool place, make the label clear to avoid misusing;
2. Keep far from the fire, at the place where children can't reach;
3. Ventilate well and prohibit the fire strictly;
4. Wear PPE, such as protective clothing, protective gloves and goggles;
5. Prohibit contacting with the mouth, eyes and skin, in case of any contact, flush with large amount of water immediately, call a doctor if necessary.
