Wear-Resistant Protective Coating for Marble
Marble, texture soft, beautiful and solemn, elegant style, is an ideal material for decorating luxury buildings, it will usually be coated with a layer of colorless transparent coating, in order to improve the gloss, prevent surface aging and loss of light, prevent possible external damage, protect marble, extend the service life of marble. The marble high gloss and wear resistant coating developed by our company not only has excellent mechanical properties, but also has very high gloss and excellent yellowing resistance.

- Very high gloss, up to 199gs, or very low gloss, 2-6gs;

-Coating hardness up to 6H to prevent scraping;

-Special formula, with functional additives, give the coating unparalleled yellow deformation resistance;

-Well attached to marble, nano particles infiltrating into the micro-pores on the marble surface, forming a strong anchoring strength;

-Not change the color of marble in nature;

-Dense nano-coating gives the substrate surface ability of waterproof, moisture-proof, acid-resistant alkali and corrosion resistance;

-Suitable for a variety of coating methods, such as spraying, drenching, brushing, rolling, etc;

-Green and environmentally friendly, very low smell, free of chemicals that cause harm to people and the environment.

The coatings are suitable for hardening, natural stone, artificial stone, metal, glass, ceramics, cement, plastic and other substrate.

According to the shape, size and surface state of the substrate, the suitable technology such as leaching, dipping, scraping and wiping is selected for coating. It is suggested that a small area should be tested before application.

Self-drying at room temperature

Step 1: Coating. Select the appropriate coating process, after coating hold for 3 minutes;

Step 2: Curing. Surface drying in 20 min-40 minutes, complete drying in three days.

Heat-curing

Step 1: Coating. Select the appropriate coating process, after coating hold for 3 minutes;

Step 2: Curing. Heating at 120 for 30minutes, and coating solidify.

UV-curing

Step 1: Coating. Choose the appropriate coating process;

Step 2: Waiting leveling. After coating, set at room temperature for 3 minutes to make the full leveling;

Step 3: Drying. Heating for 3 minutes in the oven at 60 and volatilizing the solvent;

Step 4: Curing. 3000W UV lamp (with a distance of 10-20 cm, wavelength of 365 nm) curing for 10 seconds.

Cautions:

1. Keep sealed in a cool place, label clear to prevent misuse.

2. Far away from fires, placed where children not reach.

3. Good ventilation conditions and strictly prohibit fire.

4. Wear protective clothing, chemical protective gloves and goggles.

5. No entrance, avoid eyes and skin contact, in case of splashing into eyes, immediately rinse with a large amount of water, and seek medical treatment.

Packing: 20 liters/barrel.

Storage: In a cool, dry place, avoiding sun exposure.
