The masterbatch is obtained by adding the new thermal storage nano materials which is developed by our company, according to the requirements of customers, various base materials can be provided, such as PET, PP, PA etc. It can be processed into fine fibers, making all kinds of warm-keeping fabrics or underwear, and it can realize the temperature difference, 4-5℃.
- Good spinnability, 75D/72F long and short filament, not effect on breakage rate;
- Good performance of heating performance, the temperature difference even can reach above 10℃;
- It has a lasting effect and will not degrade with washing times, the same service life as the product;
- No halogen, no heavy metal, non-toxic and unharmful substances.
It is widely used in the production of all kinds of warm-keeping fiber, short filament filling material, fabric, clothes, bedding and so on.
Additive amount 1.5-2%, mix with common plastic slices evenly, and it can be produced as the original production process.
