According to different shape, size and surface state of the base material, appropriate application methods, such as shower coating, wiping coating or spray coating is selected. It is suggested to try coating in a small area before application.
1st step: Coating. Select appropriate coating
technology for coating;
2nd step: After coating, stand at room temperature for 3 minutes to make full leveling;
3rd step: curing. Enter the oven, heat it at 80-100℃ for 3 minutes to make the solvent fully volatilize;
4th step: Curing. 3000W UV lamp (10-20 cm in distance, wavelength 365nm) illumination for 10 seconds, the coating cured.
Storage: in a cool, dry place, avoiding sun exposure.
